Belief Reboot
Find the private story that takes over before the room does.
We identify the belief beneath the nerves, then separate a useful signal from an old story about what the room means.
Coaching · The B.A.D.A.S.S. Method™
The method is built for the gap between knowing the work and being able to access it when a room, reader, or stage suddenly feels bigger than you.
Six steps. One new relationship with pressure.
We do not try to erase nerves. We train your system to stop treating opportunity like danger.
Find the private story that takes over before the room does.
We identify the belief beneath the nerves, then separate a useful signal from an old story about what the room means.
Build a steadier sense of who you are when the stakes rise.
You practice a grounded identity that does not depend on approval, casting decisions, or getting the take exactly right.
Use practical tools that work in the car, hallway, and chair.
You leave with small, repeatable interventions that can be used before the slate, in the hallway, and between takes.
Stop performing the audition and start giving the room what it needs.
You learn to make a clear, specific choice without trying to predict what the room wants from you.
Train your nervous system to come with you, not against you.
We work with the body first so confidence becomes a state you can enter, not a mood you hope will arrive.
Make grounded confidence repeatable when the opportunity arrives.
You rehearse the transition into performance until showing up with access becomes a practiced response.
Who coaching is for
You may be booking regularly, rebuilding after a difficult season, or trying to make the jump from preparation to professional rooms. The common thread is simple: you know there is more available to you.
This work is for performers who want direct, practical support and are willing to practice a different response.
Professional scope: This is performance coaching, not therapy or mental-health treatment. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Anyone dealing with significant anxiety or distress should also work with a licensed mental-health professional.
Book a Strategy CallHow it works
We get to know each other and work out where you are actually stuck, then map a plan of action for getting unstuck. The intention is that you leave with something useful whether or not you decide to work together.
It is a conversation about the real problem. It is not a pitch with a diagnosis attached.
The work runs as a combination of small groups and one-to-one sessions.
The group part matters more than people expect. Hearing another actor name the thing you assumed was only happening to you does more in ten minutes than an hour of being told you are not alone. The one-to-one part is where the specific belief underneath your particular freeze gets worked with, because that part is yours and general advice does not reach it.
The fee depends on the format and the length of the engagement, so it is settled on the strategy call rather than posted here. If cost is the deciding factor for you, say so early in the call and you will get a straight answer early rather than at the end.
Questions people ask first
Both, and they are the same job from two directions. Dr. Albert Bramante is a working talent agent who also coaches performers. The coaching comes from twenty years of sitting on the other side of the casting table and watching what actually happens to prepared actors in the room. If you want to see how that plays out in practice, the Mental Rehearsal podcast is the easiest place to start.
This is performance coaching, not therapy or mental-health treatment. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. The work is about accessing your craft under pressure, not about clinical care. Anyone dealing with significant anxiety or distress should also be working with a licensed mental-health professional, and coaching sits alongside that rather than replacing it.
It is a six-step system for performing under pressure: Belief Reboot, Anchored Identity, Drop-In Techniques, Audition Mastery, State Control, and Show Up On Command. The premise is that nerves are not the problem and erasing them is not the goal. The goal is training your nervous system to stop treating opportunity like danger. The full breakdown of all six steps is here.
Actors and performers who know there is more available to them than what comes out in the room. That includes people booking regularly, people rebuilding after a difficult season, and people trying to make the jump from preparation into professional rooms. The common thread is a willingness to practice a different response rather than wait for confidence to arrive on its own.

It is a combination of both. Some of the work runs in small groups, where hearing another actor name the thing you thought was only happening to you does more than an hour of explanation. The rest is one-to-one, because the specific belief underneath your freeze is yours and needs to be worked with directly.

Yes, and most people should. The Mental Rehearsal podcast is free and covers the same ground weekly. The book, Rise Above The Script, is the written version of the method.
