Speaking

Give your audience something useful for the walk into the room.

Albert brings the working talent-agent perspective to conversations about confidence, performance anxiety, and the inner game of a sustainable creative career.

The talks

Three conversations, shaped to the room.

01

Performance Anxiety Without the Clichés

What is actually happening when a talented performer freezes, and what helps beyond “just breathe.”

Best for: Actors, students, conservatories, drama programs

They leave with: A working explanation of the freeze, and practical alternatives to advice that has never worked for anyone.

02

What the Room Notices

A candid look at what a talent agent sees from the deciding side of the table.

Best for: Actors, agents-in-training, film and theatre programs

They leave with: A clearer picture of what is actually being assessed, from someone who is doing the assessing.

03

Building a Career You Can Stay Inside

Resilience, rejection, and the practices that keep the work sustainable.

Best for: Working performers, alumni groups, creative teams and organizations

They leave with: A realistic account of what makes a creative career survivable, rather than a motivational one.

Every talk is built around the audience in the room: actors, students, creative teams, or organizations who want something they can use when the stakes rise. Formats: keynotes, workshops, Q&As and panels.

Questions organizers ask

Before you enquire.

What formats do you offer?

Keynotes, workshops, Q&As and panels. Every talk is built around the audience in the room rather than delivered from a fixed script, so the same topic runs differently for a conservatory class than it does for a corporate team.

Who are these talks for?

Actors and performers most often, and also drama programs, conservatories, studios, alumni groups and organizations who want something their people can use when the stakes rise. The material is about performing under pressure, which is not exclusively an actor's problem.

What makes an agent's perspective different from a coach's?

Dr. Albert Bramante is a working talent agent, not a former one. He is describing the casting room from inside it rather than from memory of it, which means the talk is about what is actually being noticed rather than what performers assume is being noticed.

How do we enquire about booking?

Use the speaking enquiry form on this page rather than the general contact form. It asks for the details needed to answer properly the first time: your organization, the date, the audience and the format you have in mind.

Speaking enquiry

Tell us about the event.

This goes straight to Albert, flagged as a speaking enquiry rather than landing in the general inbox. Fees depend on format, audience size, travel and preparation. Send the details and you will get a straight answer.
